"Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One." - Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Sahih Al-Bukhari I Sahih Muslim)

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "(The following are) two words (sentences or utterances) that are very easy for the tongue to say, and very heavy in the balance (of reward), and most beloved to the Gracious Almighty (And they are):

 : سُبحَانَ اللّهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ ، سُبحَانَ اللّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
Subhan Allahi wa bi-hamdihi; Subhan Allahi-il-'Adhim"

Tasbih with Finger Joints & Tips

It is encouraged that one should perform zikr to Allah after completing the 5 obligatory solat by counting the finger joints of the right hand. Subhan'Allah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah), Allahu Akbar (Allah is The Greatest).
33 TIMES EACH According to Sheikh Assim AI-Hakeem: "There is no explicit statement with regard to the exact manner in which the Prophet (P.B.U.H) performed zikr with his right hand; i.e., the manner of counting on the finger joints, other than the number of times for saying each. All what is known is that one should make zikr on the right hand with their fingers, as this is the Sunnah."
My personal method is to begin counting at the bosom knuckle joint of the pinky, 4 times upwards and 4 times downwards. This way you'll get to 32 by the bottom of the index finger, and end at 33 with a thumb's up.
The Prophet (saw) says: "Whoever glorifies Allah at the end of every Solat 33 times, and praises Allah 33 times, and utters the word of Greatness 33 times, that is ninety nine, then completes it with one hundred, saying:  "There is no god except Allah alone, with no partner, His is the power and His is the praise, and He is Able to do all things" - his shortcomings will be forgiven, even if it is as large as the froth of the sea." (Muslim)
